Always in Our Hearts- A Collab from Scraps N Pieces and Adriana's Cafe

I have one of the best kits to show you today! Always in Our Hearts is a fantastic collab from Adriana's Cafe and Scraps N Pieces. It is based on adoption, but can be used for just about anything from babies and kids to family pictures and pets. It works great for both boys and girls too.
