I have a free printable 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of these bag toppers for a special St. Patrick's Day treat for you.  I put Lucky charms in my bags because my kids and their friends are younger, but you could do any type of treat like gold coins.  After printing, make cuts every 2 3/4 inches, trim down the sides, fold over sandwich or snack bags, and staple.  Click on the preview of the freebie to download from 4-shared.
