Speed Scrap at Stuff to Scrap Monday Night

Check out the flier for the speed scrap tomorrow night hosted by Scrapalicious Cereal. I don't know if I'll make this one due to timing (6 o'clock is dinner and bath time.), but Jenny hosts wonderful scraps. Last time we made a card instead of a regular layout. The participation prize is an Easter themed mini kit. I'm lovin' those little jelly beans! (Flier is linked to STS)

I love this one featuring Brayden on his birthday slide. It was inspired by a speed scrap that I did later.

This layout was for the theme challenge at Stuff to Scrap. The theme for this month is romantic comedy. This seemed appropriate! :)

This last layout I have to show you was for the progressive challenge at Enchanted Studio Scraps. I used JW-DigiScraps' Everyday Moments kit again. I love this kit! This kit is a must for your stash. I've already made three layouts with it.

Freebie Quick Page for Just My Luck by Seal Scraps

Thanks for coming back today! Here's your prize lol. :) Just click on the image and it will take you to 4 shared for download.

With All My Art & Fun Bathtime layouts

The first thing I'd like to show you tonight is a free kit called With All My Art made by Knittinjen. It has fun paper craft animals, paint splats, and other art supplies to highlight all those special art projects your kids make. You can pick it up here.

Here's a layout I made with this kit.

I have a couple bathtime layouts to show you tonight as well. Both were made for challenges at Stuff to Scrap. The first one was done for the scraplift challenge. This wavy template seemed perfect for bath pictures. These pictures of my son are the first ones taken after he was taken off the oxygen and had no stickies on his face. The second one was done for the color challenge. I used a couple of the free kits made for the challenge to create both of the layouts below. The monthly color challenge at Stuff to Scrap is another great place to find some wonderful freebies.

Life's Adventure by JW-DigiScraps

JW-Digiscraps is a guest designer this week at DigiDesign Resort; and she has created a new kit to be sold exclusively at this store for the month of March called Life's Adventure. This is a wonderfully versitile kit that works for both more formal and those informal pictures. You can pick up your copy of this kit here. Scroll down to see a few layouts I created with this kit.

I love how this layout turned out. It has a more formal feel and that's exactly what I wanted to showcase in this layout about how special this family is to ours.

And here's a couple of layouts of another playdate at the park. I made the same frame as the green one in the kit by clipping this red paper with the burst to the green frame. Then I applied some 3-D effects to it.

Backyard Fort

For the past couple of days I've been working with Seal Scraps' kit Backyard Fort. This is a great kit for scrapping those outdoor photos or even those indoor guy projects. It has tools, animals, and even a little tree house plan on a scrap of paper. You can find it in her store at Stuff to Scrap. Scroll down to see the two layouts I made with this kit.

I had a lot of fun with this kit! It worked great for some pictures from a playdate at the park. It was in early March of last year, so not too warm yet. I think the little paper kids are just too cute! I made this layout for the font challenge at Stuff to Scrap.

I had to fit quite a few pictures on a second layout because I didn't want to make it a three pager. I like the way it turned out though.

Fun News and New Layouts

I have some fun news today as well as a few new layouts. I've been accepted to Seal Scraps' creative team. Ashley of Seal Scraps is a new Designer Darling at Stuff to Scrap. She has a few things already in her store. I've also become a Gallery Girl for Stuff to Scrap!

Now onto some layouts I've done over the weekend. They are all from challenges at Stuff to Scrap. If you have never been to their forums, they have great challenges that can really inspire and help get those layouts scrapped. This first one was for the February use it or lose it challenge.

This second layout is from the February template challenge. I don't know where this layout might find a home, but before we sold my first and only brand new car, I took some pictures. I can't believe I never took any pictures when I first bought it! Anyway, it wasn't a very practical car for us anymore lol. It sure was pretty though. :)

The last layout I have to show you tonight is from the March desktop challenge. I've never done a desktop challenge before. They always seemed a little intimidating. I just had to try it this time though. They inspiration piece was just perfect for what I like to do on my desktop...a single picture. I learned how to do something new, had a lot of fun, and have a great new desktop to look at when I open my computer!
